Pâtisserie Fidélice wanted to breathe new life into its space by transforming it into a gourmet haven and a design that reflects its new corporate branding. Facing this ambitious challenge, Chagall committed to carrying out a complete metamorphosis in a record time of two weeks.

A Challenge to Meet: Rapid Transformation and Respect for Brand Image

The main challenge of this project was the need to reconcile a complete transformation of the bakery with a tight deadline. It was also necessary to respect the brand's new corporate branding while meeting the specific needs of the business. To showcase fresh products and meet fluctuating demand, Chagall designed and manufactured custom furniture. A true architectural piece, this furniture blends harmoniously into the space and offers an optimal presentation of the products. A flexible merchandising system was also implemented to adapt to changes in demand.

Elegant and Warm Design: Creating a Unique Atmosphere

The goal was to create a warm and welcoming environment where customers could savor fresh and delicious pastries. To achieve this, Chagall opted for a harmonious and refined design, taking up the codes of Pâtisserie Fidélice while modernizing them with touches of colors and materials adapted to the client's needs. A vintage yellow refrigerator was integrated into the space to add a retro and original touch, while strategically placed mirrors visually enlarge the space, create a sense of depth, and can be used to write promotions on them.
